សកម្មភាពគាំទ្របច្ចេកទេស៖
ក្រុមការងារបច្ចេកទេសនៃ សមាគមដីដើម្បីជីវិត (SSLA) បានបន្តអនុវត្តសកម្មភាពគាំទ្របច្ចេកទេស បង្រៀនបន្ថែម និងបង្វឹក (Coaching) ដល់កសិករជនជាតិដើមភាគតិចព័រ នៅភូមិភ្នំរ៉ៃ ឃុំតាតោក ស្រុកសំឡូត ខេត្តបាត់ដំបង។
សកម្មភាពនេះផ្តោតលើការពង្រឹងចំណេះដឹង និងជំនាញរបស់កសិករ ក្នុងការផលិតស្បៀងអាហារចម្រុះតាមគោលការណ៍ កសិអេកូឡូស៊ី (Agroecology) ដោយផ្តោតលើការលើកកម្ពស់ អធិបតេយ្យភាពស្បៀង (Food Sovereignty) សន្តិសុខស្បៀង (Food Security) និង គុណភាពស្បៀងអាហារ (Food Quality) ដើម្បីឱ្យគ្រួសារកសិករអាច ផលិតស្បៀងអាហារប្រកប ដោយសុវត្ថិភាព មានភាពចម្រុះ គ្រប់គ្រាន់សម្រាប់ការបរិភោគប្រចាំថ្ងៃ និងបង្កើនប្រាក់ចំណូលគ្រួសារ។
ក្នុងអំឡុងពេលចុះត្រួតពិនិត្យ និងបង្វឹកតាមផ្ទះកសិករគោលដៅនីមួយៗ ក្រុមការងារបានផ្តល់ការណែនាំបច្ចេកទេសដូចខាងក្រោម៖
១. ការដាំដុះបន្លែចម្រុះ– ការថែទាំដំណាំក្នុងដំណាក់កាលលូតលាស់ដំបូង
– ការបង្ការ និងការគ្រប់គ្រងសត្វល្អិតតាមបែបធម្មជាតិ
– ការគ្រប់គ្រងទឹកប្រកបដោយប្រសិទ្ធភាព
– វិធានការបង្ការជំងឺដំណាំដែលបណ្តាលមកពីការប្រែប្រួលអាកាសធាតុ ដូចជា កម្ដៅខ្លាំង ឬ សំណើមខ្លាំងពេក
២. ការចិញ្ចឹមកង្កែប និងមាន់– ការផ្តល់ចំណីឱ្យបានត្រឹមត្រូវ ទាំងបរិមាណ និងពេលវេលា
– ការរក្សាអនាម័យ និងការផ្លាស់ប្តូរទឹកជាប្រចាំ
– ការបង្ការ និងកាត់បន្ថយហានិភ័យជំងឺដែលបណ្តាលមកពីការប្រែប្រួលអាកាសធាតុ ដូចជា កម្ដៅខ្លាំង សំណើមខ្ពស់ និងភ្លៀងធ្លាក់មិនទៀងទាត់
សកម្មភាពនេះជួយឱ្យកសិករអនុវត្តការផលិតប្រកបដោយប្រសិទ្ធភាព និងនិរន្តរភាព ព្រមទាំងពង្រឹងភាពធន់របស់ពួកគាត់ក្នុងការសម្របខ្លួនទៅនឹងការប្រែប្រួលអាកាសធាតុ និងលក្ខខណ្ឌភូមិសាស្ត្រពិសេសនៃសហគមន៍ជនជាតិដើមភាគតិចភ្នំរ៉ៃ ដែលមានសណ្ឋានដីរាបខ្ពស់ ហ៊ុំព័ទ្ធដោយប្រជុំកូនភ្នំតូចៗ និងព្រៃធម្មជាតិ។
SSLA ជឿជាក់ថា ការធ្វើកសិកម្មតាមគោលការណ៍កសិអេកូឡូស៊ី អាចជួយឱ្យកសិករផលិតស្បៀងអាហារបានគ្រប់គ្រាន់ មានសុវត្ថិភាព ថែរក្សាធម្មជាតិ អភិរក្សវប្បធម៌ បង្កើនជីវភាពគ្រួសារ និងកសាងសហគមន៍ដែលមានភាពធន់ និងអភិវឌ្ឍប្រកបដោយចីរភាព។The technical team from the Sustainable Soil for Life Association (SSLA) returned to Phnom Rai Village, Ta Tok Commune, Samlout District, Battambang Province, to continue its collaboration with Por Indigenous farming families.
This coaching activity focuses on strengthening farmers’ knowledge and practical skills in diversified food production based on Agroecology principles. It contributes to advancing Food Sovereignty, Food Security, and Food Quality, with the aim of enabling farming households to produce safe, diverse, and nutritious food for daily consumption while also improving their livelihoods and household incomes.
During household visits, the technical team provided practical, hands-on guidance in two main areas:
1. Diversified Vegetable ProductionCrop management during early growth stages
Natural, chemical-free pest prevention and control
Efficient and sustainable water management
Crop protection against climate-related risks such as extreme heat, high humidity, and irregular rainfall
2. Frog and Chicken RaisingProper feeding practices, including appropriate quantity and feeding schedules
Maintaining good hygiene and regular water changes
Reducing disease risks linked to climate variability, including extreme heat and irregular rainfall
A Path Forward
These coaching sessions go beyond technical instruction; they help strengthen farmers’ confidence and capacity. By improving productivity, sustainability, and resilience, the activities support the Por Indigenous community in adapting to their unique highland environment, characterized by rolling hills and surrounding natural forests.
