កសិករគំរូឆ្លាតវៃនៅខេត្តព្រះវិហារ! ប្រែក្លាយដីចម្ការឱ្យទៅជាប្រភពចំណូលច្រើនជាន់តាមបែប «កសិរុក្ខកម្ម និងកសិកម្មចម្រុះ»

សូមណែនាំឱ្យស្គាល់ លោកស្រី សោម ចាន់ធី កសិកររស់នៅ ភូមិក្រាំងដូង ឃុំព្រះឃ្លាំង ស្រុកត្បែងមានជ័យ ខេត្តព្រះវិហារ ដែលបានច្នៃប្រឌិតវិធីដាំដុះយ៉ាងស្ទាត់ជំនាញលើផ្ទៃដីចម្ការតែមួយ៖

Master Farmer in Preah Vihear Province! Improve her land to earn more income through “Agroforestry and Mixed crops”

Please meet Mrs. Som Chanthy, a farmer living in Krang Dong village, Preah Kliang Commune, Tbaeng Meanchey Districe, Preah Vihear province, who ingeniously mastered an integrated farming model on a single piece of land:

Intercropping Ginger under Cashew Trees: Takes advantage of the cashew shade to reduce heat and retain moisture for optimal ginger growth—yielding two harvests on the same land!

Planting Peanuts between Rows: Naturally enriches the soil with nitrogen and reduces the need for chemical fertilizers.

Adding Cassava: Maximizes unused land around the plantation and creates an additional revenue stream.

Why is this model successful? This technique not only provides the family with a steady, year-round income—eliminating the fear of price drops for any single crop—but it also helps retain soil moisture, reduces crop diseases, and protects the environment sustainably!
