Born in Cambodia, Monh was from Battambang, Cambodia. In 1992, she completed her high school education at Preah Monivong High School. She has previously worked as an administrative assistant for UNDP/CAREER for seven years, for the Child Mine Action organization for four years, as an administrative facilitator and hunter for children who have been injured by mines, for a community organization for rural development and the environment for thirteen years, and for the Rida Cambodia organization for one year as an administrative manager and accountant. In present, she is employed in Sangkae District as a facilitator. She genuinely enjoys working with farmers and assisting them in having successful careers. Some of the things she does include sharing food with underprivileged families, breeding chickens, and teaching women’s groups how to handle local goods.
