Veasna, a student at UME who enjoys reading, learning about food processing, and participating in sports, focused on pedagogical skills while continuing to work toward her bachelor’s degree in agriculture. created in Cambodia’s Preah Vihear. Her career aspiration is to work in the food and agricultural industries. She is a technician at SSLA and teaches young people about food processing in addition to her employment there. She encourages her pupils to be fearless in their inquiries so they can learn the information they can apply to their jobs. She also conducts research into the processing of products such as chili sauce, chilled coconut oil, and soybean oil.
